Unified Communications essentially means that you can use numerous devices to conduct your work. HiHi deskphone systems come complete with HiHi Connect, an app for both mobile phones and PCs. HiHi Connect allows you to replicate your entire phone system onto your mobile, including your presence in hunt groups and call forwarding chains. The app will also present your company number, rather than your mobile number on outgoing calls, helping you to keep your personal number private.
