Connect with your team, customers and partners
Every HiHi deskphone user is provided with a license for our business communications apps Webex and HiHi There. Webex allows you to enjoy HiHi deskphone features, such as your business address book and internal video calls, from your mobile phone, while HiHi There enables you to invite customers, suppliers or other business partners who don’t yet have a HiHi deskphone themselves to a video conversation with you.
Webex for Mobile
The Webex mobile app allows you to replicate your HiHi phone system on your mobile and computer. When Webex is active, you can make and receive calls from your HiHi deskphone, your mobile, or your computer: enabling you to move away from your desk if you need to. You’ll also have cross-device access to your entire company phonebook . All calls made and received on Webex also appear in related call reports and can be recorded as part of our Call Recording service.
HiHi There
HiHi There is a business communications app which gives non-HiHi users the ability to video call with you, via the app on their mobile device or through a browser synced with a webcam. A unique way to create a great face-to-face experience, it gives you the ability of seeing and speaking to your customers, suppliers and business partners and the ability to show them products, without the need for them to travel to see you.
Webex for PC
Similarly to the mobile app, the Webex PC app allows you to use your computer alongside, or instead of, your HiHi deskphone. In addition to the benefits above, Webex allows you to display your business number on outbound calls, keeping your personal number private. It also includes the ‘presence’ feature; a traffic light system to indicate which of your colleagues are available for a call, helping you avoid calling someone who might not be there.
Remote Working Solutions
Webex and HiHi There, alongside the HiHi business deskphone, form our remote working solution. The combination of these apps mean that you can remain in contact with your team and business partners, wherever you need to work, without any loss of communication performance. What’s more, as all calls made and received on these apps are automatically included in call recording and call reporting packages, you can still actively monitor your teams’ performance, wherever they are choosing to work.
